F5 Automation is a private internal application used by F5 Facility Services, LLC to connect its ServicePro operations system with its QuickBooks Online company.

After an authorized QuickBooks company administrator approves the connection through Intuit's OAuth process, F5 Automation accesses the company, customer, invoice, payment-status, and related accounting information needed to:

• match ServicePro customers with existing QuickBooks customers;
• synchronize authorized customer and invoice records;
• synchronize payment-related status and references;
• reduce duplicate customer and invoice entries; and
• support accounting reconciliation and F5 business operations.

F5 Automation uses QuickBooks data only for these functions. It does not sell QuickBooks data, use it for targeted advertising, or share one company's data with another customer account. Authorized administrators can disconnect the integration or revoke its QuickBooks access.
